03 / JOINT GROWTH

Build capabilities together.

For companies ready to explore shared business development, specialist training or a centre of excellence.

  • Training and delivery governance
  • CoE feasibility and investment models
Discuss: partner responsibilities, commercial structure and a feasibility roadmap.

Before you attend

A few practical answers.

Who is this forum for?

Indian IT services, software development, QA, BPO, technology product and training companies with a specific interest in working with Ethiopian partners. Decision-makers responsible for delivery, partnerships or international business are the primary audience.

Is an 8–10-person outsourcing pilot mandatory?

No. It is a potential starting model for delivery partnerships. The right size and scope depend on your requirements and the partner’s demonstrated capability. Technology and joint-growth participants can explore other models.

Are savings or funding guaranteed?

No. Delivered cost and partner suitability must be evaluated for your actual scope. Any grants, institutional support or procurement opportunities require confirmation of the specific programme, eligibility and process. No institutional sponsorship or endorsement is claimed here.

How should we assess delivery and BCP readiness?

Ask about client references, skills assessments, security, connectivity, power backup, supervision, recovery arrangements and commercial terms. These should be assessed for each prospective partner before a pilot is agreed.

Where is the event, and is there a participation fee?

The event will take place at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru, on 4–5 November 2026. Fee arrangements and the final programme are to be confirmed and will be communicated before attendance is confirmed.
